Final Agenda and Surprise Guest Speakers Revealed for 2025 Tezos Conference

Final agenda details for TezDev, the annual gathering of the Tezos blockchain ecosystem taking place July 3rd at the Hôtel Martinez in Cannes, have been revealed. Attendees of the free, one-day event can look forward to a packed agenda, including a special keynote from Tezos co-founder Arthur Breitman and an exclusive fireside chat between Breitman and renowned crypto journalist and podcaster Camila Russo, founder of The Defiant. In addition, attendees will hear from builders, artists, and partners as they immerse themselves in a day of DeFi, gaming, and unique creative expression that shows off the best of what the Tezos ecosystem has to offer. In a session that’s sure to be at the top of every attendee’s list, Tezos co-founder Arthur Breitman will give a keynote on Tezos X where he will outline the tremendous progress that has been made since the Tezos X vision was first unveiled in 2024. Following a session in which he will also outline the next steps of the ambitious technical roadmap for Tezos X, Arthur will be joined by Camila Russo for an intimate fireside chat that will allow for deeper exploration of his history in the space and where he would like to see Tezos go next. Following this is a session that’s sure to get gamers’ pulses racing - Game On! on Etherlink is a hands-on gaming showcase featuring a surprise guest appearance and live playtests of a new AAA-blockchain game built on Etherlink by a team very well known in the mainstream gaming sector. Attendees will be among the first in the world to have the chance to play a game that everyone is sure to be talking about in a few months’ time.

As well as gaming and visionary keynotes, TezDev also has something for developers. In addition to in-depth technical sessions such as RISC-V and the Future of Offchain Compute, which will explore how blockchain platforms and developers can leverage the open-source architecture revolution, TezDev 2025 also marks the official launch of the first-ever Etherlink hackathon, organized in partnership with Encode Club and featuring $40,000+ in prizes. Finally, sessions on RWA tokenization and the growing DeFi ecosystem on Etherlink will showcase the breadth of the Tezos ecosystem, highlighting unique projects like uranium.io and giving newcomers a sense of where to get started. 

The conference part of TezDev will end with the session Art on Tezos: Past, Present, Future, which will explore blockchain's transformative impact on digital art curation and creation. The session will be followed by an immersive art show from 16:30-18:30 that spotlights works from over 30 artists, featuring the 5x5: Artists Curating Artists exhibition as well as a curation of releases from Objkt, Tezos’ largest digital art and collectibles marketplace.

Finally, when the talks are over, the action will continue at the official TezDev afterparty collaboratively organized with Midas and Jumper Exchange.
